Our house was completed in 1987 and is located in 1A location in the health resort in the Herbert-Hellmann-Allee 19-21b in Bad Krozingen. The apartment house is surrounded by a beautiful green area. Find all the conditions that make it an enjoyable experience during your stay.
The thermal bath and Vita Classica sauna center, the feel-good house, the spa, the tourist information, the health resort and spa management and some clinics are just steps away. Shops are located 10 minutes away in the village.
Our comfortable and cozy furnished one- and two-bedroom apartments and two-room apartments "Comfort" are the ideal starting point for your activities in the near and distant surroundings Baden.
Our 2-room apartments with 56 - 82m² are comfortably furnished and feature a fitted kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The kitchen has a microwave, toaster, glasses, dishes, cutlery, pots and more. The fitted kitchens are partly equipped with an oven and ceramic hob plates. Please refer to the respective description of the 1 bedroom apartments. The living area is equipped with a double bed (partially Shareable) and with a sofa and a TV. Internet / Wi-Fi is available. The 2 room apartments are oriented to the south or south-west with a balcony or terrace. The situation is extremely quiet.
For people with a disability are 3 parking spaces in front of the house. All apartments have an underground parking (4p-Garagenbox). Larger vehicles do not fit in the box. You have the option to rent a ground floor parking in apartment house or at the Tourist Information.
